2007 saw SBA team up with Ocean FM and their nominated charity Help A Local Child for a fantastic Grease themed disco! The evening was dedicated to raise money for both Ocean FM’s Charity Help A Local Child and SBA’s nominated charity, which for this event was the Portsmouth Branch of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. This charity was again requested to be supported by another client of SBA, Mrs Pauline Davey, who herself has Multiple Sclerosis, making this charity very close to her heart. So for one night Horndean College was turned into Rydell High, as Ocean FM’s Steve Randell played guests favourite tunes like,"Summer Lovin'," "You're the One That I Want" and "Hopelessly Devoted to You". The night raised £2000 each for both charities and was an outstanding success.
In 2007 SBA also decided that alongside the normal Annual Gala Charity Event, it would be good to hold some smaller charity events throughout the year; and so SBA joined up with the Round Table and held a ‘Virtual’ Race Night, with bets being taken on horse races that were aired on televisions screens. This fabulous ‘virtual day at the horses!’ was held to raise money for Victim & Witness Support for Hampshire & the Isle of Wight. This charity was put forward by Ms Dawn McGee, a client of SBA, who works for Victim & Witness Support and wanted to see if SBA could help them raise funds and awareness of their charity work. The night was a roaring success, quite literally, with people screaming and cheering their horses on! In total a fantastic £1000 was raised for Victim & Witness Support, who provide vital services to children who have been victims or witnesses to crimes. It was also this event, which led to SBA receiving a nomination in the Portsmouth News ‘We Can Do It’ Awards.

In 2006 SBA held the hugely successful School Days Disco at the Holiday Inn, Southsea. The night was in aid of 'Moving Forward' a charity that works out of St. Mary's Hospital to support patients who have lost limbs through accident or illness. The charity was put forward, by clients of SBA, Mr & Mrs Pullen, who have a close friend who had lost a limb and was now in fact the chairman of 'Moving Forward'. The night included a live school days tribute band, a tuck shop, over-flowing with childhood sweets & treats, a blackboard for naughty girls and boys to graffiti on and a charity Raffle and Auction. The night was an outstanding success and in total a fantastic £6,200 was raised for 'Moving Forward', making the event one of the most successful in SBA history.
