Steve

Steve is the CEO and Co- Owner of SBA Financial and SBA Solutions Ltd. The business was originally founded with just himself and his wife Julie. They mainly worked from their home office and began with an empty filing cabinet with just one client in it: themselves! Since that time, the business has primarily grown through personal recommendations from delighted clients and other recommendations from professionals such as Accountants and Solicitors.

From the very beginning, Steve set out the key fundamental principals upon which he wanted the business to grow.

As a result, honesty and integrity has become the corner stone on which he provides advice and solutions to clients.

Steve is also a popular public speaker and has given presentations to various local groups, as well as being asked by the Financial Services Regulator to give presentations to employees of companies in the local area. Steve has also given his expert opinion on various financial topics to local radio stations, including Power and Ocean FM. He is also the Financial Expert columnist for the Meon Valley News and the Chichester Observer. Steve is also passionate about helping the local community and raises thousands of pounds each year for local charities.

Steve lives on Hayling Island with his wife Julie and their son Robert. They also have a daughter, Jasmine, and two dogs called Chloe and Louie.

Jasmine

Jasmine is the youngest member of the team, and she is daughter to Steve and Julie.

She joined SBA in 2006 after leaving college with three A-Levels.

Since then she has passed her Ce-Map, CeFA and DipFA qualifications, making her one of the youngest and highest qualified Independent Financial Advisors in the country. Like Steve, Jasmine advises clients on all aspects of their Financial Planning, to help her clients grow and secure their financial wealth.
Jasmine lives in Waterlooville with her partner Chris, and her dog Tinkerbell.

Julie

Julie not only works with Steve, but she also has the pleasure of being married to him since 1985.

In 1997, Julie left her job in a Building Society to come and help grow the business with Steve.

Julie's role as Finance Director is to ensure all the company accounts and finances are in order, and also to ensure we meet the compliance standards set out by the Financial Services Regulator. Her role is vital in maintaining the continued success of the practice, so we can continue to help provide solutions to people's financial planning and manage their affairs, so we can have happier, wealthier clients.

Adrian Webb

Adrian is a senior consultant for SBA, who specialises in providing advice and guidance on a full range of Estate Planning Services. He has been working with clients for the last 21 years and enjoys the challenge of helping clients achieve what they want, from their planning. He particularly specialises in helping his clients to:

  • Set up the right type of Trusts to protect your loved ones.
  • Protect your home from attack for cares fees.
  • Set up Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Sarah

I'm Sarah-Louise; I started off my working career as a fully qualified Beauty Therapist after two years of college training, so joining SBA has been a completely different and challenging change of career, one that I am ever so happy to have taken.

I have been lucky enough to have been given this wonderful opportunity to become a Client Business Manager and to be working for such a dedicated, professional, friendly and supportive company. We work as a team and everyone helps and looks after each other.

Sam

I'm Sam, I am the newest member of the team, although I have been in the industry for 10 years! I have a full Certificate in Financial Planning and recently joined SBA as a Client Business Manager after taking some time off to have my son. Previously I had worked for a large corporate financial organisation, but here at SBA we work so closely with our clients to help them achieve their objectives, that it gives you such job satisfaction and a true sense of achievement, it's a real pleasure.

The whole team have been really welcoming and I feel as if I have already been here for years!
